Dunrobin Auto was in need of a website that could accurately reflect their high quality in automobile service. Although they’d been operating for more than twenty years, a corporate brand had never officially been developed. They would need to establish a stronger corporate identity while maintaining an air of familiarity for existing customers.
They wanted a website that could reach out to current and potential customers, communicating their solid history as a friendly, honest, rural business. They also needed a resource for their clients, to notify them about promotions and open up new lines of communication through contact forms and e-newsletter sign-ups.
We used the bold yellow background colour and black wrench from their original outdoor signage to create an updated logo and communications materials, and extended the new brand throughout the website. We collaborated with them to develop their web content, helping them to most effectively communicate their services and demonstrate what makes them different from competitors.
To highlight their friendly and accessible service, we took photos of each staff member and worked with them to develop personalized profiles to go on the website. This creates a sense of familiarity with the staff by giving the customer insight into the faces behind the service.
The website is fully responsive, functioning well on any device, and uses a WordPress Content Management System, allowing staff the ability to easily update the content themselves. The site features online forms for booking appointments and signing up for newsletters, and contains contact links, maps and a handy seasonal service guide.
We created a rotating carousel of text and images to display their current offers and promotions, as well as one for their customer testimonials, which can be updated as often as necessary.
The website boasts a bold, modern, fun design full of personality in both its communicative tone and visual appeal, strengthening their corporate identity and establishing them as a friendly, progressive mechanic with a history of providing reliable automobile care.
